Reporting requirements

The GWRDC has a number of reporting requirements associated with its research projects.

Progress Report
A Progress Report is required at least once annually. This provides the GWRDC the opportunity to assess the progress of the project against the agreed targets and to approve the continuation of funding. The GWRDC may request a Progress Report at anytime during the course of a project.
The GWRDC may withhold 15% of the financial years funding pending receipt and approval of the Final Report.

End of Project Financial Statement
At the conclusion of each Project, the GWRDC requires a Statement of Receipts and Expenditure of GWRDC funds used for the project. The form used for this Statement is the End of Project Financial Statement form. The GWRDC may require this form to be completed at anytime during the Project. Annual expenditure must be reported on as part of the Progress Report.

Final Report
At the conclusion of each project (except Honours Scholarships) a Final Report is required- summarising the entire research project and providing recommendation for future efforts.
Final Reports must be prepared in layman's terms and must contain information which is provided for in the Project Agreement
