1. Do I need to obtain a username and password to log in?
A username and password will be required before you are able to access Clarity Investment Management System (CIMS), you will need to contact the Administration Contact within your agency or the GWRDC to obtain a request for access form.
2. What is Clarity?
Clarity Investment Management System (CIMS) is a web-based system for managing Applications for Funding and Progress Reporting to the GWRDC.
3. When will Clarity be operational within GWRDC - timelines?
The GWRDC expects Clarity Investment Management System (CIMS) to be operational from 1 July 2010. Applications for funding will then be submitted via CIMS for consideration. In the event that your application is approved for funding, all aspects of your project would be managed through CIMS, including the submission of progress reports which would ultimately need to be entered online.
4. Who do I talk with if I'm having problems?
The Administration Contact person within your agency will have been trained in Clarity Investment Management System (CIMS)and should be your first point of contact for assistance.
