Project Reporting
Projects funded by the GWRDC are required to submit regular Progress Reports along with a Final Report and End of Project Financial Statement at the conclusion of the project.
Progress Reporting
A Progress Report is required at least twice a year for research projects funded by the GWRDC. This provides the GWRDC with the opportunity to assess the progress of the project against the agreed targets. The GWRDC may request a Progress Report at anytime during the course of a project.

The GWRDC may withhold up to 15% of the total project funding pending receipt and approval of the Final Report.
End of Project Financial Statement
At the conclusion of each Project, the GWRDC requires a statement of receipts and expenditure of GWRDC funds used for the project. The form used for this statement is the End of Project Financial Statement. The GWRDC may require this form to be completed at anytime during the Project. Annual expenditure must be reported on as part of the Progress Report.

PhD and Undergraduate Honours Reporting
Research Organisations are required to submit annual Academic Progress Reports and Financial Statements, along with a Research Thesis and Financial Statement at the conclusion of the research scholarship.
Progress Reporting
An Academic Progress Report is required annually for research scholarships funded by the GWRDC exceeding one year. This provides the GWRDC with the opportunity to assess the performance of the Educational Research.
Financial Statements
A statement of all receipts and payments of GWRDC funds covering the year ended 30 June, is required as soon as possible after 30 June each year (no later than 30 September) for PhD and Honours Scholarships funded by the GWRDC. In the final year, the statement shall be made up to, and provided within 3 months of the Completion Date. RITA Reporting
While the Regional Innovation Technology Adoption (RITA) funding program has now closed and has been replaced with the GWRDC Regional program, there are still a number of existing and on-going RITA projects being managed by the GWRDC.
